Oh it went hell alright... but not for THE TEAM!!! The Amritsar All Stars picked up right were they left off from when we played them the first time. In that game they put together a nice rally in the last inning. They were just hitting easy line drives and bringing in runs one at a time. They did the same thing in the first inning. Nothing huge, just easy line drives and a fistful of runs by the time the inning was over. Then THE DAVE brought THE HELL with a grand slam. By the last inning it was 6-6 when Joey (The Big Zima) came through in the clutch and drove in the winning run. Maybe I am getting carried away, but that may have been one of the greatest games in the history of all sports. Well... maybe... I don't know.
GO THE TEAM!!!

Joey's game winning hit was awesome, as well! Overall, a solid effort from THE TEAM!!!
i also want to point out the great defense we had, other than the first inning. We shut them down after that and had a few 1-2-3 innings.

It was more of a trip than a slide.
Running in front of someone who just hit a grand slam is really, really hard. I thought I was sprinting, but I heard later that actually I was running quite slowly. Time to get out the old athleticness again.
